About the film festival: Sukhum international film festival is the first film festival of international level in Abkhazia. It is to be conducted in Abkhazia annually in April. The program of 2018 will be constituted only of short fiction films. However, in the years to come this festival will open up for feature-length films and documentaries. Films from Abkhazia, Russia, Europe and other countries of the world will be represented in the competitive programme.
